    • Capacitor Check

    • Coil Cleaning and Inspection

Water Heater Service

  • Service Recommended Yearly

    • Flushing of the tank or descaling tank-less water heater.​

    • Inspecting anode rod

    • Inspection/Replacing elements ( replacement adds materials fee)

Dryer Vent Service

  • Service recommended every 6 months

    • Clean dryer cavity.​

    • Brush dryer duct.

    • Repair/ Replace if needed. (replacement adds materials fee)

Pricing

I  make it easy to bundle your home repairs. A $100 Base Trip Fee covers the travel to your home and the labor for your first "one-off" repair or maintenance task. 

 

For every extra item on your to-do list, I simply add a transparent Add-On Line Item to your quote.

These add-on fees are significantly lower than the base fee because I'm already at your home with my tools ready!

There are some tasks priced with a base rate depending on the scope of work requested.​​
